The heart is supplied with oxygen-rich blood via the coronary arteries. The coronary arteries are blood vessels that run around the outside of the heart. Your heart muscle was not getting enough blood for a long time. Your heart got damaged as a result. As a result, it is unable to pump properly, for example.
