During the birth it was identified that you have been infected by pathogens.

If you are infected by pathogens, you may fall ill. You yourself may not notice the infection, or that you have had it for a long time. When you become ill due to pathogens, you can have a variety of symptoms. The pathogens can cause tissue in the body to become inflamed. You may also have a high temperature.
