Fluid has collected at a site in your body.

If fluid collects outside of the blood vessels in tissue, the affected area swells up.

Inflammations or allergic reactions, for example, can cause swelling of this type. But fluid can also collect in tissue when there is a heart or kidney disorder. Because of gravity, the fluid then collects mainly in the feet and legs.
