You have a muscle inflammation in your head, neck or upper body.
Bacteria have caused your muscle inflammation.
When you move inflamed muscles, or press on them, it can be painful. Inflamed muscles can also harden. It may become impossible to move the inflamed muscles properly. If the muscles remain inflamed for a long time, they may also get weaker or cramp up.
